Telephone CounsellingThis service is operated by nurses who have Certificates or Diplomas in Counselling Skills who adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council's Code of Professional Conduct. People who access this service call with a wide range of concerns, involving relationship, loss, stress, anxiety and other personal or work-related crisis issues. The service is available 24 hours a day and is confidential.
Medical InformationThe Medical Information line is run by qualified nurses who adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council's Code of Professional Conduct. The service helps employees and their families find out about a wide range of health issues. The nurses will not be able to diagnose particular conditions, but they can give callers detailed and up-to-date information on health and medical matters.
Legal & Consumer AdviceThe team of professional and qualified barristers, solicitors and legal executives can provide prompt and practical answers concerning legal or consumer queries. The service covers mainland UK (including Scots law), Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
