Calma listens to what organisations seek. Our feedback tells us that the following two services respond favourably to Mentoring needs.

Face-to-face Mentoring

Using the Calma MentorME Plan, a Calma consultant acts as Mentor to a nominated employee. Typically meeting on a monthly basis, the Plan charts a process of monitoring, development and change.

Mentoring for Managers

Calma licence their MentorME Plan for managers to help in their mentoring tasks with their staff. We can tailor plans to suit the organisation and departmental needs. Full training is provided.
