Many EAPs have a range of telephone information lines, money-off schemes and purchase benefits. Whilst these may be enjoyed and used by a select few, we prefer to focus on what an EAP is all about... the employee, the person, the individual. 

For this reason our EAP involves active engagement and collaboration with the employee who is looking for support. 

Our programme offers Counselling, Coaching, Mentoring and/or Supervision, as and when required. 

Whilst the EAP may concentrate on one-to-one consultations, we are happy to bring in the Calma Wellbeing Residential Retreat where this might add further value to the organisation and benefit to the employee.

Rick, as an expert in this field, runs and delivers the Calma EAP. We can also carefully select and case-manage a local network of practitioners close to your location.

Not only was he a Clinical Manager, Account Manager and Business Development Manager for what was once one of the world's largest EAP providers but he also co-wrote the original Employers Guide for the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), the professional body for EAPs globally.

Rick was also Lead Advisor: Workplace for the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, where much of his work involved enhancing, developing and representing the EAP community within the UK.
